PRIVACY STATEMENT
This privacy statement applies to all processing of personal data of our (potential) customers and users of the Tools 4 Tones website. It also applies to data generated during a visit to the Tools 4 Tones store in Nijmegen, in particular to the extent relevant to written data shared with Tools 4 Tones during exchange and sale, shown on the purchase receipt, including legal identity data.
I, as owner / entrepreneur of Tools 4 Tones, find it important that my services are reliable and transparent. I therefore handle your personal data discreetly and carefully and ensure that every processing of your data complies with the applicable laws and regulations.
As owner of the store and buyer / seller of musical instruments, I am responsible for the processing of your personal data and therefore act as data protection officer.
Tools 4 Tones only stores and processes information that you provide (our customer) are voluntarily provided to me in the context of a question or order that we have from you.
Tools 4 Tones only requests and stores digital personal data to the extent necessary for the service to the customer itself.
None of this data is shared or sold to third parties, with the exception of that required for the execution of the municipally required registrations for Tools 4 Tones in the (Digital) Buyers Register (DOR).
Digital data is collected when:
you send an email message to Tools 4 Tones, via the contact form on the website or directly via an amil program.
Your email address and name will be requested.
When shipping purchased items, your address details will be requested by email.
Your digitally entered data will be used to correspond with you about matters that you indicate you are interested in and only then (in short, there are no mailings or other correspondences in which I (or others) will use your data). They only serve to prepare and process (possible) transactions.
The necessary internet and computer security measures are taken to protect digital data.
Data exchange with the website is done via SSL secured method (the 'lock' in the address bar)
The Tools 4 Tones website (also those made for mobile phones) does not use 'Cookies'.
The above-described personal data, except those shared with the Digital Buyers Register (DOR), are not stored for more than 3 years on a secure computer. Invoices with stated personal data are not stored for more than 7 years, due to the minimum retention obligation regarding taxes.
You can ask me / Tools 4 Tones to delete your data. However, this will not be honored insofar as shared via the DOR.
This privacy statement concerns digitally obtained personal data. In addition, it concerns written (and then digitalized) data required when concluding a purchase or exchange agreement with Tools 4 Tones.
